Let's talk about what happened.
Confidential, no cost, and no obligation. Based in Fresno and available to clients throughout California. Reach the office by phone, email, or the form below — and if this is not the right firm for your matter, you will be told that directly.
Send a message
Give a brief summary — enough to know whether there is a matter to discuss. Please keep it general and leave out confidential details until the firm has confirmed it can represent you.
Not sure it is the right fit? If you are unsure whether your matter falls within the firm's practice areas, briefly describe what happened and the firm can determine whether it is something Laura handles.
Helpful to include, if you can:
- A short description of what happened
- The important dates — when it happened, and any deadline or hearing you have
- Who is involved — employer, other driver, agency, or opposing party
- Where the matter stands now — nothing filed yet, a case already pending, or a judgment entered
If a deadline is close, call instead of writing. Statutes of limitations, six-month government claim deadlines, administrative filing requirements, and appellate notice deadlines are strict, and a missed one can end a claim permanently.
Before you call
How do I schedule a free consultation?
Call (559) 319-0586, email laura@lauraebrown.com, or send the form on this page. Calls are answered 24/7 and messages are returned promptly. There is no cost and no obligation for the initial consultation.
What are your office hours?
The office is available 24/7. Accidents, arrests, and hospital admissions do not happen between nine and five, and neither do the deadlines that follow them. Call whenever it happens.
Where is the office located in Fresno?
7815 N Palm Ave #410, Fresno, CA 93711, in north Fresno off North Palm Avenue. Parking is on site. Use the "Get directions" button above for turn-by-turn navigation.
Do you offer phone or video consultations?
Yes. Consultations happen in the office, by phone, or by video — whichever is easiest for you. Nothing about the initial conversation requires coming in.
Can you come to me if I am in the hospital or cannot travel?
Yes. Where an injury makes travel difficult, meetings can be arranged at your home or at the hospital anywhere in Fresno County and the surrounding Central Valley.
What happens after I send a message?
You get a response, usually the same day. The first conversation is a short factual discussion about what happened and whether there is a matter worth pursuing. If this is not the right firm for it, you will be told so directly and, where possible, pointed toward someone who is.
Is what I tell you confidential before I hire you?
Consultations are treated as confidential. That said, please keep anything sent through this website general — sending information through the site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and a conflict check has to happen before the firm can take on a matter.
